Caregiver Services
| We are licensed to provide training, education and counseling services for unpaid family and informal caregivers who provide direct and ongoing services to persons receiving services. Caregivers include, a parent, spouse, adult child, other relative, foster family, in laws or other non-relative caregiver such as partners or friends. Caregiver Training includes instruction about treatment regimens, disease management, nutrition, personal/physical cares, behavioral management, family dynamics, and caregiver roles and the use of equipment specified in the care plan. Counseling includes coaching, guidance or instructions directly related to providing care to the person receiving services. |  |
