Dominion Home Health Services can organize a complete Plan of Care for clients, both young and old, depending on their need: advanced age, temporary or long-term physical or mental disability, recovering from surgery or an illness; children with behavioral needs, including ADHD/ADD and Autism. We can customize a care plan that fits into your schedule and meets your needs - whether a couple of hours a week or around-the-clock care. Private Duty Nursing Services (PDN)
Nursing services are for someone whose illness, injury, physical or mental condition requires ongoing care by a Registered (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Home Health Aide Services (HHA)
Home Health Aides deliver personal care and medically-oriented services.

PCAs
A wide array of personal cares are provided by Personal Care Assistants (PCAs). 

Respite Care
Dominion Home Health Services offers in-home and out-of-home short-term care.

Caregiver Training
Caregiver Training consists of education, counseling and training services for unpaid family and informal caregivers who provide direct and ongoing services to persons receiving services.
